Accreditation through Team Management Systems is required to access and work with the TMS assessments and feedback instruments as a practitioner. Once Accredited you join a worldwide Network of TMS professionals that apply the TMS products to address a very broad range of organizational challenges.

- Workshop Format
These Workshops are either public or in house offerings. Public workshops are 1, 2 or 3 days in length depending on the assessments covered. Public workshops are scheduled throughout the year in various locations. These workshops are very interactive and focus heavily on the use and application of the information contained in the TMS assessments.

In house workshops can be customized to meet the specific needs of the organization. In house workshop length will depend on the customization needs.
- Distance Blended Learning Process
All of the TMS products offered for accreditation in workshop format are also offered in the distance blended learning process. This process includes self paced on-line work supported with phone coaching. It is a flexible learning process that is most effective when you have an application of the assessment in the near future.
