In addition to consulting with and delivering on accreditation needs, TMS Americas also provides consulting services focused on the effective use of the assessments and some specific organizational development applications

It is very important to us that our work with Network Members and end user clients creates sustainable change and development.  To accomplish this we provide consulting applications that build on each other over time so the greatest value possible can be taken from our assessments.  In addition we support and promote certain consulting applications developed by Network Members that use our assessments very effectively and fit with what our market is telling us they are looking for.

Team Performance description case study
Introductory half day Team Management Profile session that takes a serious look at the implications of work preferences and how they are affecting the work of the team.

Team Development
Builds on the Enhancing Team Performance session with another half day focusing on the 13 skills of Linking, key skills required to continually develop high performing teams.

Teams In Change
Builds on the Enhancing Team Performance session with another half day focusing heavily on the Types of Work Model and which work functions need to have a special focus during this time of change.

Team Alignment
Builds on the Enhancing Team Performance session with another half day using the Team Performance Profile to align the team’s expectation both internally and with key stakeholder groups.
