Preparing for Your TMP Session - A Suggested Approach: Getting ready to deliver a Team Management Profile (TMP) session includes interviews with your client to understand the objectives and context. Then, some time looking at the TMP results for your participants in order to design a session that delivers on the objectives, adds value within the context and leverages the TMP results. This web meeting provides an overview and specific tools to consider the TMP results as well as an opportunity to discuss design with colleagues.

Yellow Bus Story: This exercise is an excellent exercise - interactive and fun - to introduce the Team Management Profile (TMP) session or to use as a follow up to a TMP session. This is an excellent exercise to demonstrate the use of the Types of Work model as a planning and/or debriefing model. We will be actually running through the exercise so will need people to sign up so we can send you the material.

Using the TMP with Intact, Non-intact and Virtual Teams: What’s the Difference?
Many TMS Network members limit the use of the Team Management Profile to intact work teams. However, we have used this tool very effectively with both non-intact and virtual teams. This web meeting will include an overview of our experience and some suggestions for how you would tailor a session design to the specific needs of these very different work groups. As always we hope you will bring your own stories and suggestions as well.
