In addition to consulting with and delivering on accreditation needs, TMS Americas also provides consulting services focused on the effective use of the assessments and some specific organizational development applications

It is very important to us that our work with Network Members and end user clients creates sustainable change and development.  To accomplish this we provide consulting applications that build on each other over time so the greatest value possible can be taken from our assessments.  In addition we support and promote certain consulting applications developed by Network Members that use our assessments very effectively and fit with what our market is telling us they are looking for.

  Peer Coaching /Learning description case study
  We incorporate a unique design to establish peer and group coaching initiatives.  By using concepts rather than content to drive learning and a structure for participants to discuss these concepts in real life scenarios, participants self manage their learning to produce sustainable change.
