This new publication is an interactive CD-ROM giving not only the most comprehensive look at the original and ongoing research for all Team Management Systems instruments but allows you to interface with the worldwide database of over 150,000 respondents for the first time.

The user-friendly interface installs the program to your hard drive and requires no additional software downloads to view and access.

Minimum Systems Requirements:

  • Windows 95/98/98SE/Me/NT/2000/XP
  • CD-ROM drive
  • 60MB available hard drive space
  • SVGA graphics card (minimum 256 colors @ 800 x 600)

Research Highlights:

Since the previous research manual was published in 1998, there has been a substantial increase in the data collected with almost all databases doubling in size and the Team Management Profile Questionnaire exceeding 151,000. These increases have allowed for a far greater number of professions, industries, countries and other normative categories to be analyzed.

There has also been a number of new large in-house and independent studies completed. Full project reports on these will be available in the manual and include:

  • A new international Work & Non-Work Study.
  • A comparative study on the Team Management Profile and Emotional Intelligence.
  • Cross-cultural studies.
  • The final Longitudinal Study Report.
  • A comparative study on Linking Skills & Work Preferences.
  • The full Window On Work Values and QO2TM research are also included in the manual for the first time.

Interactive Features:

Transferring the research to CD-ROM format has allowed us to implement a number of features to help you in both locating the relevant data and presenting it to clients.

The first of these features is a full Search capability on all documents contained throughout the manual enabling you to search the article titles, keywords, descriptions and interactive features. This feature is accessible throughout the CD-ROM so that you are never further than a click away from the information that you need.

The second is the Interact with the Data function that allows the user to export and save graphics (both in black & white and color) of the norms/distributions for use in presentations or printing. This function is available for all norm categories reported on in the manual. Examples of the output can be seen below:

Please note that those sections of the manual that include an Interact with the Data function are indicated by an "i " at the end of the document title.
